Level: Mid-level to Senior Associate
Compensation: $260,000–$435,000 + discretionary performance bonus

A prominent and growing Real Estate team is seeking mid-level and senior associates in New York. This is a strong opportunity for candidates looking for high-quality work, meaningful responsibility, and a team culture that supports mentorship and long-term development.

Experience Sought

Candidates should have solid experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Mortgage and/or mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side)

• Joint venture equity matters

• Acquisitions and dispositions

• Development transactions

Strong transactional candidates from outside real estate will also be considered.

Candidate Profile

• Strong technical drafting and deal execution skills

• Ability to manage workstreams across complex transactions

• Commercial judgment and client-facing confidence

• Interest in professional growth within a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $260,000–$435,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Bonus: Discretionary, performance-based
