A leading international firm is looking for a forward-thinking attorney to join its internal AI and Technology Innovation team. This role partners with litigation, transactional, and regulatory practices to develop and implement GenAI-driven legal workflows and improve service delivery.

Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience (large-firm background preferred)
Strong working knowledge of AI tools (including Harvey and Microsoft Copilot)
Experience with legal tech/AI platforms is a strong plus
Excellent analytical, writing, and project management skills
Able to translate complex technical concepts for legal stakeholders
Collaborative and confident working across teams, offices, and leadership groups

The Role

Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agents tailored to practice needs
Support lawyers in adopting practical, matter-specific AI solutions
Collaborate with innovation and technology leadership on broader strategy
Help drive measurable gains in legal efficiency and delivery quality

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $160,000–$250,000
Salary determined by experience, internal equity, market data, location, and other relevant factors
Includes comprehensive benefits and discretionary bonus potential
